We offer a wide range of services and products, so your pup can get just what they need; no more, no less.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your dog's grooming appointment, we require that you give at least 24 hours notice. We reserve a specific amount of time just for your dog; cancellations greatly affect our schedules. Additionally, our groomers are paid by commission, so we are all negatively impacted.
There is a $50 cancellation fee for clients who no-show or cancel within 24 hours of appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service for clients who repeatedly arrive late for their appointment. We request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the check-in process for your dog. If client arrives 15+ minutes late, the groomer reserves the right to reschedule appointment.

"IS MY DOG READY YET?"
If you haven't received a phone call to let you know your dog is ready to go home, she is not ready. Estimated times are just that - estimations. Your dog is not ready until we call you.
"I JUST WANT TO CHECK IN."
Please do not "check in" while your dog is on the grooming table. This time is critical and owners visiting makes the dog much more fidgety, and increases risk of injury. Rest assured, most dogs do very well once their parents are gone.
IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT US REGARDING YOUR DOG'S STATUS, CALL. DON'T DROP BY.
We cannot tolerate such disruptions in our place of work. It isn't fair to our employees or our canine clients. Dropping in while your dog is on the table makes a grooming appointment dramatically more stressful, dangerous, and delays our entire schedule. Please help your dog and groomer succeed by following our recommendations.
For puppies under one year:
We DO NOT perform full haircuts on puppies on their first visit. The only exception to this policy is if a puppy is severely matted and requires a shave down.
