Dropping in during a grooming appointment makes the process more stressful and dangerous for your dog.
Owners visiting makes dogs excited, fidget, and move, thus increasing risk of injury.
Please help your dog and groomer succeed by following our recommendations.
For Puppies Under One Year Old:
We do not perform full haircuts for puppies on their first visit, as we spend the time to safely acclimate inexperienced puppies to the new environment and grooming procedures.
The only exception to this policy is if a puppy is severely matted and requires a shave down.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your dog's grooming appointment, we require notification at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve a specific amount of time for your dog; cancellations greatly affect our schedules.
Our groomers are paid by commission, so we are all negatively impacted.
There is a cancellation fee ($50 or half price of groom) for clients who no-show or cancel less than 24 hours of appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the check-in process for your dog. Groomer reserves the right to reschedule appointment for late arrival.
